I've just spoken Navy Federal and they say there is no restrictions on their side.
They suggested that perhaps the 3rd Party involved, Pageonce, may only be looking for Checking, Savings and Credit Cards. That it might be possible to scan for Money Market Accounts if they updated the way they pull their information.
