BB AppWorld says that I cannot download version 2.4 through them. Is there another way I can download 2.4? I have the premium version of PageOnce.

hi,

So I found this thread and was wondering if there was any solution at this time. I too did get a prompt for an upgrade to my account...however Blackberry app store does not support an upgrade to the premieum edition.

I was just hoping you guys had some solution, of you don't that's okay...cause I can wait, but really enjoy your product and just wanted to see if there was an upgrade

I just wanted to say that I downloaded the free version of Personal Assistant for my Storm 2 yesterday.  I was so pleased with it that I bought the Premium version.  So far it is working nearly flawlessly.  This will be a wonderful addition to my apps.

One issue I am having.  A couple of the databases (e.g. Pepco and UBS in particular) give me a "We are currently experiencing a problem with this account" message.  Is this temporary issue or is there is serious problem with these accounts?  I had similar problems with a couple of other accounts, but they eventually downloaded their data.
 
Another problem is that one of the accounts does not pick up an itinerary.  I downloaded my US Airways account and it shows no open itineraries.  However, I know I have one open itinerary for a trip in December.  Does the fact that I used my United FF number to get points on United make a difference?  Would the US Air itinerary have shown up if I had used my US Air number.
 
My United account shows an upcoming trip in February.  Here I used my United FF number.
 
Any help with these minor issues would be appreciated.

i am having the same problem downloading from app world i deleted the old one and now i cant get that back so i am without an app that i paid 10 for so i hope that they figure out a fix or give me my money back or  ill have to contact the better business bureau  i have no idea what else to do please help

I had the same issue with trying to upgrade my Premium account. I sent an email to support and they told me to delete the current version I'm using and then go to AppWorld and re-download the application. Once the download was complete and I opened PageOnce I was asked if I wanted to enter my registration key or use a free trial. I chose to enter the key (I used the same key that I received when I purchased the application) and everything worked just fine. If you can not find the registration key from when you purchased the application just send an email to support and they can send it to you. Hope this helps!
