Reply with quote | #1 | Had to get a new BB Curve (warranty). But can't get the "paid" version of Pageonce back on the new phone.
I can download the free trial version, but I've already paid for the upgrade.
Support told me to go to the paid version and try again, but don't pay.
But it's making me go through "paypal".
When I try to go the next step (which is logging in to paypal through the BB device, even though I shouldn't be paying anything), the phone reads this message -
"There were problems completing this purchase. Please contact Blackberry App World customer support (Erro Id: 3300)." |

Pia's recommendation works only if you use the same phone (device ID) for a re-download. With a new device (new ID) it doesn't work. I had this problem with all my installed applications. No free re-download. I'm doing now a special application back-up (simulate a application transfer and interupt after the backup) to avaid a problem like this.
For now the pageonce re-install is still pending. I'm still waiting for a activation key. I sent pageonce customer service my prove of purchase e-mail. I hope this helps. |

I originally downloaded off the PageOnce site but recently installed the free app from BB World because of another issue. Now I can't enter in my registration key anywhere. |
