I just had this same thing happen to me when I upgraded my OS on my BB. Here is how I solved it.

First I re-downloaded the app from m.pageonce.com yes it is the prem version and it will ask you to either do the 14 day trial or enter an activation key upon first running it.

Second I logged into handago.com which is what pageonce uses to bill their products I believe regardless of how you purchase them thru app world etc..
So once in my handago account I clicked on purchase history and scrolled to Pageonce and then clicked view details. This will bring up the reg key for the program which is needed for activation.

After I got the reg key I just entered it in the pageonce program to activate it. Works perfect now.

rb4,
Are you entering in you paypal log in credentials when you sign in to app world?

App World says this application is not available for download via App World and redirects you to the website. The software downloads and installs great, but asks for a registration code. I've already paid (through app world and paypal) but was never given a code.

Someone from PageOnce please resolve this!

Travis - I tried to log into Hangango too but Pageonce is not in my purchase history. If anyone else knows how to find your reg key please share. I also can't find the email with the key.

Please contact us at support@pageonce.com for re-installation issues.

App world is obviously having bugs.

Pia,

I have contacted support, and they just sing the same tune that you do..."just go download it again'. The Crackberry App Store shows that it is not compatible with my device (Storm 2) and if I download the trial, as soon as I run it I get a message that my trial has expired.  Someone has to be bright enough to come up with a valid solution here...
